In this paper, we test an extensive model of predictors for refusing to vaccinate against COVID-19 in Sweden. We find that contrarian worldviews, here including conspiracy mentality and climate change denial, emerged as the most consistent predictors of anti-vaccination attitudes and, indirectly, of refusal itself.
